The members of the SOAR! Board of Directors and staff commend to your prayers William A. Geoghegan a former SOAR! Board member (2004-2010) and supporter, died on Saturday, January 17, 2015, peacefully at home in Bethesda, MD surrounded by family.

May his soul rest in peace. SOAR! extends condolences to William Geoghegan’s  family and friends.
