Sister Peggy Scarano, OP

Sister Peggy is the East Coast regional representative for SOAR!.

She has been involved in the ministry of fundraising since 1986, and was the Director of Development for her congregation, the Dominican Sisters of Sparkill, NY for 28 years. She proud to share the mission and purpose of SOAR! with its benefactors.

An active member of the National Catholic Development Conference, from which she received the Bishop Robert Morneau Distinguished Service Award in 2007, Sister has presented at several of their annual conferences and at local, regional gatherings.

Leisure time finds Sister Peggy reading or, while ‘on the road’ listening to a wide variety of books and ‘catching-up’ on taped shows.
