Sister Joan Rychalsky, IHM

Sister Joan Rychalsky, IHM, joined the SOAR! staff in 2017 as development associate.

Sister Joan feels privileged to speak with SOAR! donors on the phone to thank them and to share the meaningful ways in which they enrich and improve the lives of retired and infirm religious women and men.

She has worked in development for more then 20 years years, first as president of an inner-city girls’ high school and then as founder and director of a mission advancement office for her community of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary at Immaculata, PA.

To relax, Sister Joan likes to read, walk, visit friends, listen to books on tape and create artificial flower arrangements.
